My dog will not eat After being spayed?

i just got my female dog fixed she is a sheppard/lab mix and 1yr old i have never saw her bee this lazy i know they say that it calms them down but damn why wont she eat is there any way i can coax her back in to eatting her food maybe with chicken broth and warm it up a little????????
