How do i repair running lights not working, 96 Chevy Lumina?

fuse good, light swtich good. Does any one have a link for the electrical diagram or a reccomendation of how to repair/diagnose running lights not working. Brake lights work. Headlights work. Chimes for lights on when car is off do not work. inside dome light works. I need help!
