Who should I pick up...Edwards or Ryan?

Im limited on my transactions so I have to think long-term here. I dont know if I should get Trent Edwards or Matt Ryan to replace Bulger as my secondary QB. The schedule seems to favor Buffalo, but i dont know. Any advice? Thanks
