Good songs for horse slideshow?

hey i want to make a nice picture and video slideshow so i was just seeing if anyone may have some good song ideas, and any free programs that i can use to make this, and maybe put it on youtube, or my profile pages. i have the windows media movie maker but something is wrong with the sound on it, i put music on it and it should work fine, but for some reason, even on ones i have made, the sound is gone, so if you have any ideas about that, this would be great. hope to talk with someone soon, your friend, trish
