Why is the AFC West so bad?

Well, I won't speak for the Chiefs and Raiders in detail. Raiders have a bad owner who changes the coaches too much, so the team can't gel and adjust to one system. Chiefs, well, Edwards just hasn't drafted well. Their GM has announced he is resigning at the end of the season. San Diego, well, Norv Turner is not a very good coach. Also, Philip Rivers needs to quit crying and opening that hole in his face and just play ball. Not focused. Denver, well, too many injuries makes it hard for the team to gel. Also Denver is the youngest team in the NFL. I'm surprised they are in 1st place and ready to clinch, with the youth they have and the injuries that they suffered. They have heart.
