When will I Ovulate after Trigger shot (HCG)!!?

i was on follicle stimulating hormones and used trigger injections too. im not sure how long it actually takes for the follicles to release after the injection, but i was told to have the day i had the injection, then 2 days later then if we wanted to be extra sure the day after that. i had 2 follicles and only one released and now i have a beautiful 10 month old daughter. if all 3 were to take and implant - which would probably be unlikley, you can have fetal reduction, but if you are like me and tried for several years to get this far, it is probably something you really don't want to have to think about. my attitude was though, that i wanted 1 healthy baby - not 3 sick ones. everyone has different opinions though.
