It is not clic vertigo. It may qualify as "psychogenic vertigo," meaning that your mind is creating the sensation of dizziness. You should try to desensitize yourself. Get a ladder, and practice climbing up a few steps and then just staying there, surveying your surroundings. At first, dont climb to a height above where you can safely jump down from. Your mind will habituate to being up there, and your reaction to heights will lessen.
