What do I do to overcome this?

I am going out with this girl and really love her.I have been patient for six weeks about making love to her. We have been go in out for 7weeks I can be even more patient however she parades round in front of me naked. Dresses up in y under ware and makes comments . So naturally I get turned on and I act on these actions then she keeps making excuses not to initiate things further ie but why she behaving like this any women that can answer this please tell me is she playing me attention seeking I have tried talking to her about it and said to stop teasing me am at a miss what to do next do I Finnish it? I have tried ignoring her but then she just calls me grumpy. It's driving me mad what should I do any advice welcome please?
