Texas Laws and Grocery Store Limits...?

There are no laws per-se, it is up to the store to set limits. Which is why he asked to corporate office, not the trade commission. What I do is go to different branches of the store, or the same store multiple times. They just want everyone to be able to benefit from the sale. Only fair, IMO.
