Homeland security and the TSA are GOP programs created under GWB. Liberals protested this insanely huge expansion of government back then - but were called "unpatriotic". I remember posting on some blog like 2004 - "You Repubs are going to regret this expansion of the security state - when it falls into the hands of someone like Hilary Clinton".
