Romantic dating ideas please?

I am going on a third date with a guy this weekend, the plans have been left in my hands and I want to do something fun yet romantic. I'd love to go somewhere where we can star gaze and have a great view ( i have a place in mind for this ) but I think maybe its a bit much and he wont like it, so I was wondering whether anyone has any subtly romantic ideas ?
