Muslims only!!!!!!please advice!!?

im a 25 y.o.woman married.My hasband is not praying never he just prayed when he was very young says his mom.He likes to spend his time with his friends a lot playing dominos cards and coming home too late. we are shouting with no reason.Every little thing we start to fight. I tried everything i could to make our relationship to better side. But he does't want to change and only answer i find is may be he will start to pray and read Qur'an we'll be ok!!!!!!! please advice. i really dont want to devorce but my hasband want to...He dont have a girlfriend or even friend woman he just have his friend r grove up together. He is not a gay. So what is the problem please advice any answer would be appricate thanks a lot
