I bleached my dyed black hair and now it is like straw, besides a cut (I did) how can it...?

Wow, with hair so damaged it is breaking off in chunks, there is not much you can do. I would cut it short, and I mean really short (that look is coming back!) and get some deep intensive conditioner. Put the conditioner on, wrap your hair is plastic wrap or a shower cap, and wrap that with hot towels. Let it sit for 15 minutes or so. I would do that twice a week for a while until it starts to feel a little more normal. You can also go to a good salon and they can do the same thing, but with really good product and warm dryers. Any time you do something that drastic with your hair, you are bound to do damage beyond repair. I would lay off the dramatic color for awhile. How about some nice bold highlights????
